Return and Refund Policy

·       Returns, exchanges and store credit are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as items are in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

v  All custom products are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

v  Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged; sale items are final sale.

v  If purchased online, you are responsible for return postage.

v  When returning items via mail, please pack items carefully; we are not responsible if items returned to us are broken.

 

·       If the item sent to you was damaged during shipping, please email kym@lunaandsoltreasures.com within five business days of delivery.  You must provide photographs of the damaged item.

v  When purchasing products, please allow 3-5 business days for packing and shipping; we will forward a tracking number to the email address provided with your order.

 

·       Luna & Sol Treasures is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS.  Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. Items over $100 will be sent with a signature required. If items are lost or stolen, a claim can be filed directly through USPS.

  • Refunds will be processed directly to the credit/charge card or PayPal account used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have received and inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
